Connor Jaffe is the founder of Jaffe Law, a Miami transactional firm representing companies, entrepreneurs, executives, and investors in significant mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, and complex negotiations.
He has handled tens of millions of dollars in transactions across a range of industries and deal structures.
Connor is known for taking an active role at the negotiating table. Having represented parties on both sides of significant transactions, he understands that the best result rarely comes from fighting over every point. It comes from knowing where the leverage is, understanding what the other side actually needs, and pushing hardest on the terms that matter most.
His clients hire him to help drive the transaction, not simply document it. Connor works directly with opposing counsel and the principals involved, navigates issues with lenders and landlords, and stays involved from the first meaningful negotiation through closing. He is comfortable making the call, taking a position, and finding a path forward when a deal gets difficult.
Before launching Jaffe Law, Connor worked on Fortune 500 commercial real estate transactions in New York City and negotiated high stakes contracts in professional sports. He earned both his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Miami.
He practices from Brickell and is licensed in Florida. His clients are based across the state, and their transactions regularly involve parties, assets, and counsel in other jurisdictions.
